Hi, i’M Kim Reitz.

I view therapy as a collaborative and relational process. Together, you and I will work to understand your specific concerns, honor your lived experiences, and support meaningful change. My goal is not only to help you navigate challenges, but to deepen your sense of connection, peace, and overall well-being.

I believe that our past continues to shape our present. Early relationships and formative experiences influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. By exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion, we can begin to shift dynamics that no longer serve you and create space for healthier, more fulfilling ways of living.

I believe that it is essential to ask “what happened” rather than “what’s wrong with” you. I understand that our emotional lives do not exist in isolation. The social, cultural, and systemic environments we live in impact how we experience ourselves and others. Healing requires us to examine these contexts with honesty and care.

I am committed to social justice, racial equity, and LGBTQIA+ affirmation. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I recognize how power, privilege, oppression, and systemic forces shape our relationship with ourselves, others, and our mental health. I acknowledge the ongoing realities of systemic racism and injustice, and I strive to practice in ways that are accountable, inclusive, and actively supportive of a more equitable world.

I am grateful for your presence here and hope that together we can help you find a little more peace. If you are new to therapy, or have more questions for me, I offer a free 15 minute consultation. Please, don’t hesitate to reach out!

In Honor of Jesse Pax Reitz

It all started with a sweet little boy that changed our world through his fierce spirit and unconditional love and now we hope to be a part of helping you change yours.
